The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences seeks candidates for an endowed Professor position as the William R. Stuckenberg Professor of Human Values & Moral Development. Candidates should have a distinguished, internationally recognized reputation in research and of securing outside research funding, and a strong record of effective teaching and mentoring, commensurate with an endowed full professorship. All areas of research will be considered. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research connects with established departmental strengths and areas of interest in clinical science, diversity science, cognitive neuroscience, mindfulness science, personality, aging and development; candidates who can contribute to interdisciplinary collaborations with other relevant and related units on campus will also be prioritized. The individual in this position will conduct research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, advise students, teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses, and participate in department governance and university service.
