The Department of Psychology in the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences at Baruch College, a senior college of the City University of New York (CUNY), invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor Level in Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology to begin August 2023. This is one of several hires the Department is conducting this year to expand research and teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate will conduct programmatic research in IO psychology in addition to teaching duties. The successful candidate will also be invited to participate in the doctoral program in Industrial Organizational Psychology at CUNY’s Graduate Center. They will be expected to teach courses at the undergraduate, masters, and PhD levels, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, and engage in a productive program of research with the potential for top-tier publications in industrial and organizational psychology and external funding. All areas of research in IO psychology will be considered, but research focusing on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion will be preferred. QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have earned a doctorate in Industrial or Organizational psychology by August 25, 2023.
