The Industrial/Organizational Psychology program in the Department of Psychology invites applications for a tenure-track position beginning August, 2022. The position is targeted at the Associate or Assistant level, and Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or closely related field by August, 2022, is required. Preference will be given to applicants with interests in personnel psychology and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion (including adverse impact and test bias research); however, individuals with specialization in any area of Industrial/Organizational Psychology will be considered. Individuals with a strong quantitative background are particularly encouraged to apply. Successful applicants are expected to maintain or establish an externally funded research program. Normal teaching load is two courses per semester and involves both undergraduate and graduate instruction.
