The Department of Psychology at the University of Mississippi invites applications for a tenure-track position in Developmental Psychology at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 2022. The area of specialization is open and the search committee welcomes applications from individuals trained in any area of lifespan development to add to or complement existing faculty expertise in development across clinical, cognitive, and social psychology. As part of the department’s commitment to promoting research and scholarship that highlights the role of diversity in understanding human behavior, we particularly welcome individuals with interests in aging and/or diversity science. We are also interested in applicants who may benefit from building a developmental research program within the rich social, ethnic, and age-related diversity of Oxford and surrounding areas.
