The Department of Psychology at Mississippi State University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in our APA-accredited clinical psychology Ph.D. program. The anticipated start date is August 16, 2022. We seek an enthusiastic clinical scientist to join our cadre of research active faculty. Our department houses doctoral programs in clinical psychology and cognitive science, as well as a large undergraduate major (http://www.psychology.msstate.edu). Mississippi State University is the Magnolia State’s leading research university with an array of centers and institutes receptive to collaborative research, including the University’s neuroimaging research center which houses a 3.0T scanner. The National Science Foundation ranks Mississippi State among the nation’s top 100 research institutions Mississippi State University is a land-grant R1 university located in Starkville, MS, which is one of the three cities making up the Golden Triangle region (population 128,000).
